24 October, 2023Dr. M. N. Roy has dedicated over three decades to distinguished service in the Indian Administrative Services. His illustrious career culminated with his retirement as the Additional Chief Secretary of the Government of West Bengal. Before this, he held the pivotal role of Principal Secretary, overseeing the Departments of Health & Family Welfare and Panchayat and Rural Development within the Government of West Bengal.
Currently, Dr. Roy serves as a valued member of the expert committee on Panchayats, where he provides invaluable guidance and expertise. His advisory role extends to aiding state governments in strategically applying digital technology in the healthcare sector.
