Job Title:Assistant Training Coordinator
Type of Employment: Assignment
Duration: Up to 31.03.17 (likely to be continued on performance)
Location: Pailan, South 24 PGS
Languages known: English, Bengali
a.Graduate with minimum 3 years of full time experience in projects/programmes related to Health/P&RD/Social Welfare.
b.Should be a resident in south 24 PGS district.
c.Well versed in MS Office& Internet.
d.Ability to communicate effectively (both verbal & written) in English and Bengali.
e.Able to work hard and travel extensively.
Experience:Candidates having experience as Manager/Coordinator in any health project/health programme for at least 1 year will get preference.
Age:Up to 45 years as on date of interview
Major Job Responsibilities:
i.Support in overall ASHA training program of the district.
iii.Regular monitoring, handling, problem solving of day to day training programmes
iv.Coordination and maintaining liaison with State, District and Block level Govt. Officials.
v.Coordination with representatives of different training venues, like hostel super, etc.
vi.Support in preparation of programme roster.
vii.Capacitate or nurture and providing guidance to the District trainer
viii.Documentation and report generation for ASHA programme
ix.Providing need based support / responding to the requirement of the training and the institute.
Emoluments: Rs.11,000 per month
